The Interviews workspace combines recurring availability, candidate bookings, status tracking, and structured evaluation criteria. Booking and status changes require Manage submittals access.

Schedule and complete an interview
- 01
Review the interview feed
Open Interviews and review upcoming bookings, status counts, and the availability already configured for the team. Select a job when you need job-specific counts and bookings.
- 02
Create availability when needed
Add a recurring slot with day of week and a duration from 5 to 240 minutes.
- 03
Book the candidate
Choose the candidate, optional job, date and time, duration from 5 to 480 minutes, and video, phone, or in-person type. Add a full meeting URL and notes when applicable.
- 04
Confirm the booking details
Check the timezone, attendees, meeting information, and candidate contact method before treating the booking as confirmed.
- 05
Update the interview status
Move the booking through the appropriate pending, scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, completed, or no-show state as the event changes.
- 06
Complete the scorecard
When criteria are configured, rate each relevant criterion from 1 to 5 and add an overall recommendation with job-related notes.
Use structured criteria fairly
Managers and owners can manage interview criteria. Keep criteria job-related, apply them consistently, avoid sensitive or prohibited topics, and record evidence for the rating rather than personal impressions.
Troubleshooting
The booking does not save.
Likely cause: A required candidate, time, type, or valid duration is missing, or the meeting link is not a full URL.
Complete the required fields, use a duration between 5 and 480 minutes, and enter a full meeting URL when provided.
You cannot update the interview status.
Likely cause: Your account does not have Manage submittals access.
Ask an owner to review your permissions or have an authorized teammate update the booking.
The criteria controls are unavailable.
Likely cause: Creating and deleting interview criteria is limited to managers and owners.
Ask a manager or owner to maintain the scorecard criteria.
