Terms of service

Terms, in writing.

This is the working draft pending counsel review and director sign-off. Enterprise customers receive a negotiated MSA in addition to or in place of these terms. Last updated May 2026.
  1. Section 01

    Acceptance

    By creating an InferOwl tenant or using the platform, you (the "Customer") agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

  2. Section 02

    Service

    InferOwl provides an AI-powered operating layer for healthcare staffing — including ATS, dialer, transcription, matching, pipeline, and billing modules. Specific capabilities and limits are described in the plan you subscribe to.

  3. Section 03

    Fees and billing

    Customer pays per-seat subscription plus usage as listed on the pricing page. Bills are generated monthly in INR through Razorpay. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or by the InferOwl 30-day money-back guarantee.

  4. Section 04

    Customer data

    Customer retains all rights to candidate data, calls, jobs, and any other content uploaded to the tenant. InferOwl receives a limited licence to host, process, and operate the service on Customer’s behalf. We do not use Customer data to train shared models.

  5. Section 05

    Acceptable use

    No scraping of personal data outside contractual or legal allowances, no spam outreach, no unlawful discrimination. Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable employment, immigration, and data-protection laws.

  6. Section 06

    AI outputs

    AI-generated outputs (matches, summaries, drafts, suggestions) are advisory and require Customer review. InferOwl does not guarantee correctness or fitness for any specific hiring decision; the human-in-the-loop guardrail is part of the service design.

  7. Section 07

    Service levels

    Enterprise plans receive a written SLA covering uptime and incident response. Lower tiers receive best-effort support; status updates are published at /status.

  8. Section 08

    Termination

    Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. On termination, Customer may export tenant data within 30 days; after that we delete it from production systems within 60 days.

  9. Section 09

    Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, InferOwl’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  10. Section 10

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore.
