Website information and service agreements

InferOwl Labs PVT LTD provides recruiting software for staffing agencies. This page helps business visitors understand the questions to settle before a pilot or subscription. The formal terms and conditions are awaiting legal approval; this information does not create a subscription agreement or replace an agreement your agency has signed.

Product pages and documentation explain workflows and supported behavior. Your proposal and applicable agreement should identify the actual services, users, commercial terms, and implementation responsibilities for your agency. Ask the team to resolve any difference between that scope and what you need before proceeding.

Workflow reviews and pilot scope

A workflow review is a focused conversation about your current recruiting process and the outcome you want to improve. Booking a call does not itself purchase a subscription or confirm a pilot start date.

Before beginning a pilot, agree on the workflow, participating team, data to be used, access requirements, review period, and the person responsible for accepting the results. Record the quality criteria and baseline so that both teams understand what a useful result looks like.

Confirm what happens at the end: which work will be reviewed, how continuation is decided, and how records and access will be handled if the pilot ends. Any extension or paid continuation should be addressed in the commercial agreement.

Subscription scope and total cost

InferOwl pricing is based on the agreed platform scope. Metered usage can add charges. Review the included workflows, users, allowances, usage rates, and any setup or integration costs in your proposal.

When comparing costs, include outside tools your agency will retain, existing subscription commitments, and the work required to move to a new process. A consolidated workspace can reduce overlap, but the amount saved depends on which expenses actually stop and which services remain.

Payment dates, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refunds, and any service credits need to be stated in the applicable agreement. This page does not set a refund policy, automatic renewal period, or fixed subscription price.

Team access and responsible use

Choose an agency owner to coordinate setup and approve access. Review who needs to administer the workspace, manage a team, or perform recruiting tasks. Keep sign-in credentials private and review access when someone changes responsibilities or leaves.

Use only information your agency is authorized to provide. Confirm the notices and permissions needed for candidate records, communications, recordings, and any sensitive documents before enabling the corresponding workflow. Requirements can differ by location and activity.

Do not send credentials or candidate documents through public website forms. Use sample data for an initial demonstration when real records are not needed. Confirm an appropriate process with the team before transferring agency information.

AI assistance and recruiting decisions

InferOwl provides candidate and communication context to support recruiting work. Recruiters should check source evidence, resolve missing or conflicting information, and review an AI-assisted recommendation before acting on it.

An AI-generated summary or match is not a verified professional credential or a final employment decision. Your agency needs its own review of candidate suitability and the requirements for the role.

Evaluate productivity against the workflow and quality standard used in your pilot. Time recovered from a task does not, by itself, establish increased placements, revenue, or cash savings. Customer examples do not promise the same result for every agency.

Connections, availability, and support

Confirm each proposed integration before relying on it. The source system, available permissions, data fields, and direction of transfer all affect implementation. Access to an external service can depend on that provider and your account with it.

Contact hello@inferowl.com for a support or contractual question. Share the affected workflow and a description of the problem without including secrets. For business-critical use, confirm the support channel, response expectations, escalation contacts, and any availability commitments in writing.

A public status page or support email does not establish a contractual response time or uptime guarantee. Suspension, termination, data return, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions must be reviewed in the applicable agreement.

Before your agency signs

Ask the team to confirm the contracting entity and the documents that apply to your purchase. Send procurement questions with your agency name, proposed workflow, region of operation, and the terms you need reviewed.
