1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InferOwl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
InferOwl provides AI-powered recruitment intelligence tools including candidate matching, call analysis, pipeline automation, and performance analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user must have a unique account. Sharing credentials between users is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operations, or to attempt to access data belonging to other tenants. Automated scraping of the Service is prohibited without written consent.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. InferOwl processes your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your recruitment data.
6. Limitation of Liability
InferOwl's AI recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. We are not liable for placement outcomes or hiring decisions made using the platform.
