Conversations brings authorized calls, voicemail, email, and SMS into a chronological evidence view. Recruiters see their authorized scope; owners and managers can review the broader workspace scope.

1. Find the interaction

Open All evidence from Owl Intel to reach Conversations. Select All, Call, Voicemail, Email, or SMS. Enter a candidate, topic, or intent and select Search. Review additional result pages when needed.

2. Check the context

Read the candidate, channel, time, direction, recruiter, job context, and available preview. Intent, topics, sentiment, and engagement can help identify what needs review; they do not replace the source.

3. Open the original

Expand View source content when a transcript or message is available, or open the source detail from a signal or citation. Confirm the candidate identity and the timing and meaning of the interaction.

4. Choose a review action

Correct insight is available for candidate-linked evidence, subject to your access. Owners and managers can Give feedback when recruiter context exists or Add to training for an appropriate example. These actions have their own review requirements.

If an interaction is absent

Clear or change the channel and search, then check pagination. The source may be outside your scope or lack the information needed for the question. Ask a manager to review the relevant record and permissions. Do not interpret an empty filtered view as proof that no interaction occurred.

Troubleshooting

The source or action is unavailable to your account.

Check the selected view and filters. Ask a manager or owner to review the relevant record and your access; do not use another person’s account.
