Healthcare time-to-fill still sits at 82 days. Recruiters spend two-thirds of their day on admin instead of placements. Every empty seat costs the hospital ₹1.5–2 lakh a day in agency premium. We started InferOwl because the tooling underneath the $260B staffing industry hasn’t caught up with the AI that powers everything else recruiters use after-hours.
