What we collect
Account data (name, email, role), tenant data (your candidates, jobs, calls, transcripts), and operational telemetry (API usage, error logs). Candidate data lives only inside the customer tenant that uploaded it.
How we use it
Strictly to operate the platform for the customer that uploaded it. AI inference (matching, transcription, summaries) is performed by InferOwl-hosted services and a small set of named sub-processors. We never use tenant data to train shared models.
Where it lives
Tenant data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security policies enforced at the database. Backups are encrypted at rest. Transcriptions and recordings live in tenant-scoped object storage with signed URLs only.
Sub-processors
We use Plivo (VOIP + recording), Deepgram (transcription), Google Gemini (inference and embeddings), Razorpay (billing), Supabase (database + storage). Each is contracted with a DPA and SCCs where applicable.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete personal data via the dashboard or by writing to privacy@inferowl.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; we retain billing records for the statutorily-required period.
Children
InferOwl is a B2B platform not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be communicated by email to tenant owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
