Privacy policy & your data choices

How the website handles analytics and booking information, how to change your preferences, and where to send a privacy request.

The formal privacy policy is awaiting legal approval. The information below describes current website behavior and contact routes; it is not a complete service privacy notice.

Who this information is for

InferOwl Labs PVT LTD builds recruiting software for staffing agencies. This page explains the current privacy controls on inferowl.com and provides a contact route for website visitors, business contacts, agency users, and candidates.

A visit to our marketing website, a booking enquiry, and a candidate record in an agency workspace involve different information. The website controls described here apply to this browser on inferowl.com. They do not change an agency account, remove a candidate record, or change the settings of a connected service.

Information you choose to share

When you email hello@inferowl.com, you share your email address and the contents of your message. Include your agency name, the question you need answered, and a reply address. For a workflow review, a description of the task and the tools you use is usually enough to start the conversation.

The booking form asks for your name and email address, together with your chosen appointment and meeting option. Depending on that option, the provider may ask for additional contact details. Review the form before submitting it.

Please keep candidate resumes, identity documents, patient information, passwords, and payment credentials out of general enquiries and booking notes. If a support issue needs a record or attachment, first ask the team how to share the minimum information needed.

Optional analytics and your choice

Our website uses an opt-in control for Google Analytics. The analytics script loads after you choose Accept analytics. The site records page views and interactions such as opening a booking link or clicking an email contact link to help us understand which pages visitors use.

Page-view information includes the page address, title, and any query parameters in the address. Google also receives technical information through the browser connection. Avoid putting personal or confidential information in website links. Our Google consent settings keep advertising storage and ad personalization disabled.

Choose Decline analytics to browse without enabling this optional analytics integration. You can reopen Privacy choices below or in the footer, then select a different option. Declining stops further analytics events sent by our site code and updates the Google consent setting. It does not delete information already collected or automatically remove existing browser cookies.

How your preference is remembered

We store your analytics choice in this browser so the popup stays closed after you accept or decline. You can change it from Privacy choices at any time. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference and the popup will appear again. A different browser or device has its own choice.

If your browser blocks storage, the choice works for the current page session but may not survive a reload. You can also manage existing cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking all storage can affect functions supplied by external services.

Booking and external services

The calendar on Book now is supplied by Orufy Bookings. Opening that page loads an embedded calendar directly from Orufy, so your browser connects to the provider before you submit a booking. That connection sends technical information needed to load the calendar. Orufy handles the information entered into its form.

Booking works independently of our optional analytics choice. Declining InferOwl analytics does not prevent the booking provider from loading or control its cookies and storage. If a booking link contains campaign tags, the site forwards the supported source, medium, campaign, content, and term tags to the calendar.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy information. Read the relevant provider notice before sharing information there.

Agency users and candidate records

Agencies use InferOwl to work with candidate records and recruiting activity. If your question concerns a record held by a staffing agency, contact that agency and identify the record or interaction concerned. The agency can explain the purpose of its recruiting activity and the permissions it has to use your information.

You can also email InferOwl with the agency name and a brief description of your request. Ask about access, correction, export, or deletion as appropriate. An account-removal request and a request to remove candidate or business records have different scopes; specify which information your request concerns.

Retention, locations, and contractual details

The saved website analytics preference remains in browser storage until you change it or the browser clears that storage. This does not establish how long enquiry messages, booking records, analytics records, or agency data are retained.

For a procurement or privacy review, ask for the retention and deletion arrangements for each relevant data category, the service providers involved, processing locations, and any proposed data-processing agreement. These details need to be confirmed for your use of the service; this page does not promise a storage region or a fixed deletion deadline.

Send a privacy question or request

Email hello@inferowl.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us whether you are a website visitor, business contact, agency user, or candidate, and describe the information or activity concerned. Include the agency name if relevant and a safe way to contact you.

Do not send identity documents or credentials in the first message. If you are writing for someone else, explain that relationship. The information needed to verify and address a request depends on its scope. For a suspected security issue, use the reporting guidance on the security page.
