Owl Intel organizes communication evidence that your account is authorized to view. It combines a role-specific workspace with focused questions, source review, and coaching or training tasks.
Start from your role's workspace
Open Owl Intel. The information shown depends on whether you are a recruiter, manager, or owner. Latest signals can direct recruiters and managers to individual communication evidence; owner signals can also summarize agency work. Read the explanation and open the relevant source or workspace before deciding what to do.
Inspect the evidence
Use All evidence to open Conversations. Filter the channel or search for the candidate or topic. Open the original source content and check identity, time, direction, and job context where available. A missing result can reflect filters or your authorized scope.
Ask a focused question
Use Ask your evidence to investigate a communication question. Read the answer and each cited source. Confidence and suggested next actions are review aids. They do not establish a fact that the original evidence does not support.
Apply human review
If candidate intent is inaccurate, use Correct insight on authorized candidate-linked evidence in Conversations. Decide the next recruiting action through the agency's approved workflow. Sending a message or changing a pipeline stage remains a separate action.
Use coaching and training in context
Coaching & Learning contains evidence-linked feedback and training. Owners and managers manage coaching and curate training; recruiters work with their assigned feedback and published examples. Review the source, sample size, and job context before drawing conclusions from communication indicators.
Do not use intent, sentiment, engagement, confidence, or generated suggestions as the sole basis for employment decisions. Continue with the candidate and job guides linked below for the underlying records.
Troubleshooting
The source or action is unavailable to your account.
Check the selected view and filters. Ask a manager or owner to review the relevant record and your access; do not use another person’s account.
