Why is there both a per-seat fee and usage billing?
The seat fee covers the core workspace — ATS, pipeline, doc vault, audit log, RBAC. Usage covers the AI inference and the dialer, which scale with how busy your desk is. So a quiet month costs less than a busy month, without your seat count changing.
What currency do you bill in?
INR. We do not mark up an FX conversion — what you see is what you pay. Razorpay handles UPI, netbanking, and cards.
Do you offer annual commitments?
Yes — annual upfront commitments unlock a 15% discount and lock in your wallet rate card for 12 months.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly plans are cancel-anytime; we prorate the unused portion of the wallet. Annual plans honour the 30-day money-back guarantee including AI inference.
Do you charge for migration?
Not for the first three pilot tenants this quarter. White-glove migration from your existing ATS is included, on us.
