Set up your InferOwl recruiter workspace

Recruiter setup saves progress after each step. Owners and managers are returned to the dashboard because this flow configures a recruiter's personal workspace.

What you will complete

The setup records your work profile, recruiting focus, work email signature, policy acknowledgement, and browser microphone readiness. Phone-number provisioning runs separately and does not block completion.

Complete your profile
Enter your full name, job title, city, state or region, country, and timezone. All six fields are required before you can continue.

Choose your recruiting focus
Select at least one primary specialty. Add preferred markets, languages, recruiting experience, and a short bio when they are useful to your work.

Configure communication
Add an optional email signature, review your assigned InferOwl work address, and acknowledge that candidate communication follows your agency's communication, privacy, and recording policies.

Check calling readiness
Review the assigned-number status and run the private browser microphone test. If access is blocked, allow microphone access in your browser's site settings.

Enter InferOwl
Select Enter InferOwl after all required fields and the policy acknowledgement are complete. You will be taken to the dashboard.

Resume an interrupted setup

InferOwl stores the current step when you select Save & continue. Returning to onboarding resumes from that step; opening the setup with step 1 starts at the profile page for editing.

Troubleshooting

Save & continue does not advance.

Likely cause: A required field, specialty, or policy acknowledgement is missing.

Read the message above the form, complete the named requirement, and try again.

The microphone check says access is blocked.

Likely cause: The browser denied microphone permission for the InferOwl site.

Open the browser's site settings, allow microphone access, return to Calling readiness, and select Check again.

The assigned number still says Being prepared.

Likely cause: Number provisioning is still running.

Finish onboarding normally. Provisioning does not block setup; check your calling settings later.
