Reading the board
Open the intended job before interpreting its cards. The same candidate may appear in a different process for another job, so the board is not a separate database of people. Search, filters, and compact views help focus the displayed work without changing the underlying application.
In a fictional example, a recruiter reviews a nurse's timeline before moving the application after a completed screening. The destination can have requirements or transition rules that must be satisfied before the move is saved.
Confirming progress
