Before you begin
Use the account and records authorized for your task.
Use documentation for setup and complete product tasks, the help centre for a specific problem, and the glossary for a term. The knowledge navigation lets you move between these libraries and the blog.
Search the library you need
Enter a task or issue, such as candidate import, pipeline, or email. Each library searches its own listed entries using titles, summaries, and grouping information supplied to that page. It does not search every article body or every knowledge library at once.
If you receive no results, shorten the phrase or clear the search. A page can use different wording from the question you first tried.
Check filters and result pages
Use topic filters where available; glossary browsing uses letters. Clear the filter to widen the list. When results span several pages, use the numbered pages or the next-page control. The current query and filters remain in the URL, so you can copy the page address when describing what you searched.
Check the guide's scope
Read the summary, prerequisites, and permissions before following the steps. Your account may have different access from a manager's or owner's. If the visible product does not match the guide, note the page title, product screen, and difference.
Ask for help
Follow Send a useful support request. Include what you tried, what you expected, the visible error, and the approximate time and timezone. Mention the guide you used. Keep passwords, API keys, resumes, and private candidate or client records out of the first email.
Email hello@inferowl.com with that description. The support team can request the specific additional context it needs.
