Check a job before opening it for recruiting

Choose the correct client and facility, review role requirements, and decide whether to save a draft or create an open job.

Before you begin

Create job permission. · Confirmed role requirements and any client or facility records you intend to use.

Work through this checklist

1. Start with the title

Open Jobs and choose New job. Enter a clear title for the requirement. A client or VMS requisition ID is optional; it is separate from InferOwl’s own job identifier.

2. Check client and facility together

Choose the client before choosing a facility. Facility options depend on that client, and changing the client clears the previous facility selection. Confirm the site again after any client change.

3. Review the working requirements

Check the specialty, schedule, location, dates, openings, and other known requirements. When no facility is selected, use the city or region field where appropriate. Leave unknown optional details for review instead of inventing them.

4. Choose the intended status

Use Save draft while the requirement still needs work. Use Create & open when it is ready for recruiting. Both choices save a job record; open status does not validate that your business requirements are complete.

5. Inspect the new record

After creation, review the job that opens. Confirm its title, status, and client or location context before the team starts using it for candidate work.

If you still need help

If the form reports missing creation access, ask your workspace owner to review Create job permission. If the intended facility is absent, verify the selected client and ask the team responsible for client records to check the site.
