A facility is a particular site or operational location associated with a client. It gives a hiring requirement more precise context than the organization name alone.
A healthcare example
A fictional healthcare client may operate several hospitals. Two sites can request the same nursing specialty while having different schedules, contacts, or requirements. Selecting the intended facility helps recruiters avoid applying one site's information to another site's job.
In InferOwl's new-job form, facility choices follow the selected client. Changing the client clears the previous facility choice, so confirm the site again after a client change. If no facility is selected, the form provides a city or region field where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate context
Do not choose an unrelated facility just to populate a field. Ask the person responsible for client records to review a missing or uncertain site.
