What the review covers
Spreadsheet imports use column mapping and row outcomes. Confirm that each source column means what its destination field expects, then inspect ready, duplicate, and invalid rows. Resume imports require review of extracted identity, contact information, employment, and education against the original document.
A file finishing its upload does not prove that every row or resume became a candidate. Some records can succeed while others remain unresolved. Keep the successful results and investigate the specific exceptions before repeating work.
Checking the outcome
Compare the final counts with the reviewed batch and open a sample of created candidates. Verify that the saved fields support the intended recruiting task. If the response was interrupted, inspect the import and existing records before uploading the same batch again.
