Choosing a purpose
InferOwl offers Hot, Watch, and Custom list types. Use a clear name for a specialty, market, or follow-up purpose, and agree how the team will maintain membership. Similar lists should have a meaningful distinction so recruiters know which one to use.
For a fictional example, a recruiter may group nurses whose current records indicate interest in night shifts. Membership does not establish availability for a specific date, consent to every outreach, or submission to a client. Check the underlying candidate information before acting.
Maintaining the group
Review stale members and remove membership when the purpose no longer applies. Removing a member does not delete the candidate record.
