Confirm identity, timing, direction, and the relevant job before relying on a source. A summary can help locate evidence but may omit a condition or misstate what happened. Open the original content needed to verify the claim.
For a fictional example, a nurse's message can express interest while leaving a start date unconfirmed. The evidence supports both the interest and the unresolved condition. An intent label alone cannot establish agreement to the date.
