Human review

A person with the appropriate authority checks evidence, resolves uncertainty, and decides whether to accept, change, or stop a proposed action.

Human review is the process in which an authorized person inspects relevant evidence, assesses uncertainty, and decides what action is appropriate. The reviewer needs access to the original context and a meaningful choice about whether to proceed.

What a review should establish

Check the person, job, timing, and conditions behind a statement. A candidate-intent label, confidence score, or generated summary cannot establish a fact its source does not support. Identify unresolved questions and assign the follow-up needed to settle them.

For a fictional example, candidate interest in a role can coexist with uncertainty about the start date. The reviewer should preserve that distinction before drafting outreach or changing recruiting state.

From review to action

Use the agency's approved decision process and the relevant product workflow. A suggested action is not a sent message or a completed pipeline transition. Confirm the saved result after an authorized action. Keep employment decisions under appropriate human oversight rather than relying solely on communication indicators.
