InferOwl separates agency access into Owner, Manager, and Recruiter roles. The role establishes a safe starting point, while owners can use custom roles and individual grants when a person needs a specific exception.
Choose the role by accountability
Recruiters work candidates, the pipeline, and their own communications. They do not receive billing or full team administration by default.
Managers run team-level recruiting work, including jobs, interviews, team activity, and reporting that sits within their operational remit.
Owners control agency settings, seats, billing, features, and the permission model. Review owner access whenever responsibilities change.
