Current jobs and pipeline activity · A defined team review rhythm
A good weekly review is not a tour of every screen. It is a short operating conversation about what is moving, what is stuck, what requires a decision, and who owns the next action.
A practical agenda
Review priority jobs, candidate stages, pending client decisions, upcoming interviews, and work that has not moved as expected.
End each topic with a named owner, a next action, and a date. Use tasks or the relevant workflow record to keep the decision visible after the meeting.
