A signed-in workspace account. · The task title, approximate due date, or person responsible, if known.

Work through this checklist

1. Check which view is open

My Work offers Priority, List, and Board. Priority is a ranked work queue; List shows tasks in a selected bucket. Switch to List when you want to check a task’s due grouping.

2. Review the due bucket

Look through Overdue, Today, This week, Future, and Completed as appropriate. No tasks in this bucket refers to the current bucket, not to every task in the workspace.

3. Check the work scope

Only mine controls personal scope for managers and owners. Recruiters remain limited to their personal task queue even if that checkbox is changed. Ask the responsible person or a manager to check a task assigned elsewhere.

4. Check the other result pages

If the bucket contains more than one page, use its pagination. A task outside the visible page can still belong to the selected bucket.

5. Review recent changes

Completing a task changes where it appears. Board moves can also reschedule work. Confirm its current state and due date with the responsible person before creating a replacement.

If you still need help

If the task still cannot be found, send support the workspace name, view, bucket, approximate time, and non-sensitive task description. Do not assume a record was deleted based only on an empty filtered view.
