A lawful source for the candidate data · A reviewed CSV or current resumes
Candidate imports can save time, but they should not bypass a data-quality check. Treat the import as the start of a review: resolve duplicates, confirm contact details, and verify that the agency may use the information for the intended recruiting work.
Review after import
Check a representative set of imported profiles for name, contact information, specialty, work history, and duplicate records.
Confirm that communication preferences and do-not-contact information are not lost in the hand-off from the source system.
